About South Sound Design Build
Owners Jake Larrow and Nic Duncan founded South Sound Design Build in January 2026. They had been working together as separate business entities (PBJ Construction and Rainier Renovation and Repair) for over a decade in the South Puget Sound region. They have committed to join forces and merge into one single full service design-build and home repair company.
